In order to help you achieve your fitness goals, City Fitness offers 3 free personal training sessions and a complete selection of cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines and fitness classes. At the end of your workout, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned exerciser, you will leave the gym with a positive vibe and an energetic presence.

This Week at City Fitness
City Fitness wants to offer a well rounded fitness class schedule that also fits our budget and core value of being fiscally fit. We currently offer 10 classes that fall below the 10 participant minimum to keep a class on the schedule. In order for us to continue we need you to vote with your feet and you signature. We have posted the classes in the gym and your signature is your commitment to take the class as a part of your regular schedule. We have also posted write in class of your choice sheets. Please post the type, time and day of week you would like to see a class you want on the schedule. We will consider your suggestion if we get 10 or more signatures. We hope to have a new Fall Schedule by the end of September. If you are out of town feel free to send us and e-mail at email@example.com.
