City Fitness is located just steps away from the Cleveland Park Metro on Connecticut Avenue. Our team is made up of energetic and enthusiastic fitness professionals whose goal is to help you improve your health and fitness.
We provide a clean, comfortable and expertly staffed facility for our members whether they are just starting an exercise program, or are at an advanced level. In order to help you achieve your fitness goals, City Fitness offers 3 free personal training sessions and a complete selection of cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines and fitness classes.

We are debuting new evening classes for this summer! Try them out & tell us what you think in an online survey (to be posted in August).
Please note, there will be two DIFFERENT SCHEDULES: 6/30 through 7/31; and 8/1 through 9/14. Some of your evening classes will be trying out a new time. Let us know what you think of that also (via survey).
This beginner-friendly class uses an adult-sized hula hoop to teach you the foundations of hoop dance. The class will focus on the basics of waist and hip hooping to improve core strength while toning the stomach, thighs, and butt.
Strengthen, shape and transform your entire body with this ballet-inspired workout that uses high-repetitions and includes floor work exercises with a focus on the abdominals, glutes and thighs. No dance training required.
This High Intensity Interval Training focuses on muscular and cardio-vascular endurance via high intensity intervals using body weight, dumbbells, ropes, TRX & other resistance equipment.

*Reservations can only be made the day of the class.
*Reservation time will end promptly at 9:00AM. No exceptions.
*Reservations can only be made by speaking to a PERSON. No messages will be honored.
*You may only reserve for ONE class of the same type.
*You will be placed on STAND BY in the event that you would like to take back-to-back classes (of the same type).
*If there are members on stand by & only one of them can get in, then no one on stand by will get in.
*Reservations can be made by City Fitness members only.
*Non-members & guests can be placed on stand by.
*The sign-up sheet will be available at the Front Desk 90 minutes prior to the start of the class.
*Failure to arrive at the start time of the class results in relinquishing your reserved space.
