Fitness classes are included in all membership types. Members are not required to sign a long-term contract, although we are confident once you join you will be hooked!

Three free personal training sessions are included in Full and Day Use memberships, not in Temporary memberships. These sessions help freshen your workouts which in turn help renew your commitment to fitness!
Also, ask us about our new, specially-priced Teen Memberships, with afternoon workout hours for teens 1317 years old!
Discounts are available for Seniors, Couples, Families, and Students with current school I.D.
