There’s something to be said for the motivational value of making an appointment and dishing out money. For many clients, showing up to exercise is so much easier when someone is waiting. But in the end, of course, it’s you, not the trainer, who has to do the work.
Each session is approximately one hour, unless otherwise arranged. Initial consultation is free with package of 10 sessions or more. All training packages must be used within 90 days. Trainers are available for home or office workouts for an additional transportation fee. Specialty contract trainers are available for an additional fee.

For those new to the Fitness Industry, our experienced personal training staff is available for tutoring and continuing education in a wide variety of formats, from Kickboxing, Yoga, and Aerobic Choreography to Senior Fitness, Sports Conditioning, and Serious Strength Training. Build your knowledge, skill and confidence through working with one of our expert trainers.
City Fitness is now accepting qualified contract trainers who are looking for a comfortable, well-equipped facility to service private clientele. We offer a variety of high quality cardio, strength and stability equipment, as well as full locker facilities and parking. City Fitness is ideal for the experienced Personal Trainer with clients in Northwest Washington, D.C.
