Quality Instructor Training (QIT) Course

This 5–session, 20–hour practical training program provides students with working knowledge necessary to teach an effective, safe, challenging and fun fitness class. Learn to move with the music, smoothly transition choreography, and develop your skills in floor aerobics, step aerobics, muscle strength and tone, and cardio kickboxing.

Quality Instructor Training is designed for those who are interested in teaching quality fitness classes. It is basic enough for those just entering the industry, yet challenging enough for instructors who want to learn a new format, fine-tune their skills or enhance creativity. Sessions are available individually in addition to the full program. To be held at City Fitness Gym.

QIT sessions are held at City Fitness Gym. See the trainers for this course, below. To register, please download the registration form (pdf file), fill it out and send it by fax or mail with your check or payment information.
