This 6session, 24hour practical training program will familiarize participants with fitness testing protocols, designing programs, and teaching correct technique. Learn how to assist clients in setting goals and help them safely achieve them.
Quality Personal Training is designed for those who are interested in developing the skills required to train clients in the gym, home or corporate setting. It is basic enough for those who are just entering the industry, yet challenging enough for current trainers who want to fine-tune their skills and enhance their training creativity. Sessions are available on an individual basis in addition to the full program.

Basic Power Lifts & Sports Specific Training (W)
